We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Core Development team. In this role, you will oversee a group of talented engineers responsible for building and maintaining the core services and infrastructure that form the backbone of the company. You will work closely with the Product team and key stakeholders to align the team's efforts with the overall product strategy.
Key responsibilities include setting and communicating both short- and long-term business priorities, ensuring the team’s goals are clearly understood by stakeholders and team members alike. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex business challenges and technical solutions, delivering impactful results. Success in this role requires a combination of deep domain knowledge and technical expertise, making the intersection of business and technology a critical focus.
Our product portfolio spans solutions for discretionary and algorithmic trading, a quantitative modelling platform, and a sportsbook product. Managing such a diverse landscape requires a strong grasp of domain-specific aspects to guide the right product decisions.
